Terms & Conditions

1. Pricing

Although subject to change from time-to-time, my shows are generally priced based on money-saving packages giving the customer multiple options. These packages allow the customer to choose the price-point that best suits their needs.

2. Online Discounts

Most folks purchase the show online to receive a discount. My standard discounts are the online discount of 10% and the indoor show discount of 20%. In addition I offer seasonal discounts or Limited Time Offers that provide additional savings, but change from time-to-time. For the record I do not stack discounts atop one another. You choose the discount that suits you, but you cannot combine discounts. All discounts are accessible online ONLY via the shopping carts. They are essentially advance payment discounts since you are purchasing the show in full in order to receive the discounted price.

3. Mail in Your Payment

You may purchase the show WITHOUT buying it online by sending a deposit, which secures your show date and time. The deposit is generally 50% of the show fee. The balance is due the day of the performance. With this option you DO NOT receive a discount since my current discounts offered are "advance payment" discounts. Remember, in a worst-case scenario, your credit card company will back you up versus your personal check. So it's actually a safer transaction for you to purchase via your Visa, MasterCard or AMEX.

My belief is that you should NOT have to pay for entertainment that is an embarrassment to you, your family or company. Therefore, I make it clear that if you can honestly look me in the eye after one of my shows and genuinely tell me that what you received was not sufficiently entertaining to you, your guests, or the guest of honor, then you owe nothing. I don't believe you should have to pay for substandard or inferior "professional" entertainment services.

Furthermore, I believe that fundamentally...most people are essentially honest and that the number of people whom will choose to take advantage of this offer is insignificant enough for me to offer this guarantee without fear of severe repercussions to my business. That's how much I believe in my shows!

5. Satisfaction

As a standard my goal is to under promise and over deliver, but if I should fall short I want to know about it. Therefore, I ask for your direct customer feedback (via a show evaluation form) following my performances. I really do want to hear what you have to say! Although it can be difficult to hear people's "less-than-stellar" assessments of me, I know that it helps me in the long run. Your input will enable me to consistently improve, develop & upgrade my services, performances, show content and customer relations.

6. Refunds

Refunds on retainer fees are non-refundable.  You may wish to reschedule your booking date and apply the retainer fee to the new booking date.  You have up to one year to use your retainer fee.  These fees are non-transferable to third parties.

7. Refunds on Advance Payments (Payments in Full)

Refunds on advance payments discounts (you've paid for your show in full prior to the booking date) are refundable by 50%.  This is based on the standard "pay or play" clause used in the entertainment industry.

8. Reschedule Your Booking Date

In the unlikely event you have to cancel your party due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule the show to another date.

However, if you DO NOT wish to reschedule, a 50% refund will be issued provided that a 14-day cancellation notice is given. You must provide a 14-day (fourteen-day) notice to receive a 50% refund.  Since we've turned work away based on your booking date and time, we cannot recoup our losses.

9. Cancellation

A cancellation is a notice that is LESS than 14 days. If this is the case, and you do NOT wish to reschedule the show, you will NOT receive a refund. This is due to the difficulty in filling your time-slot with another party on short notice.

10. Privacy Policy

TJMagic Enterprises believes that electronic privacy is crucial for the ongoing success of the Internet as a service, commercial, and entertainment medium. We know you're concerned about protecting your privacy online. Therefore, we treat your personal information (especially payment information) with the highest standards of safety, security, and confidentiality.

11. E-mail Services

Any/all e-mail addresses sent to us as the result of correspondence with the consumers of TJMagic Enterprises. will not be used or collected for the purposes of reselling to a third party and will not be added to a bulk e-mailing list.

TJMagic Enterprises provides users the opportunity to opt-in and opt-out of receiving e-mail communications from us. This is made available during sign-up for our e-mail lists and in e-mail messages delivered from TJMagic Enterprises. For any list managed by TJMagic Enterprises, users can use the link in the footer of most e-mail messages to unsubscribe.

12. Sharing and Usage of Information

TJMagic Enterprises never shares, sells, or rents any personal information without your permission, unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information.
